CGC Small Engine Maintenance & Repair provides repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for dirt bikes, ATVs, generators, and other small engines. Services are performed based on the information provided by the customer and the condition of the equipment at the time of service.

Estimates & Authorization

  • Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees.

  • Additional issues may be discovered during repair. Authorization may be required before proceeding.

  • CGC is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen complications.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • CGC reserves the right to withhold equipment until payment is received in full.

Liability

  • CGC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or failure of unrelated components.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Customer acknowledges that mechanical repairs involve inherent risks.

Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left unpaid or unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable laws.
