CGC Small Engine Maintenance & Repair is committed to fair and transparent service.

Repair Services

  • Labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover time and expertise already provided.

  • If an issue arises related to the work performed, please contact us promptly so we can address it.

Parts

  • Installed parts are non-refundable.

  • Uninstalled parts may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Special-order parts are non-refundable.

Shop Products (When Available)

  • Refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our shop will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment. CGC is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed problems, misuse, or prior damage.
